A need analysis approach
Existing application was designed under the supervision of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with a business oriented thought. Considering 3 major clients, most of the relevant bank reps were onboarded on the app, but adoption rate of application was less than 10%. We decided to discover the gaps during the user journeys, And finally convinced the management & clients for their support towards the design research.

Design Validation
Two Indian banks went live with this LMS app. Although it was too early to measure the design metrics, but one bank has confirmed that adoption rate of new application as compared to previous one has increased upto 60% within just 3 months.
